Sharing event photos with participants quickly and securely is one of the most critical parts of the overall event experience. Today, participants expect not only to have their photos taken, but also to access them quickly, easily, and in a personalized way.
At this point, event photo sharing processes succeed not merely by distributing photos, but by designing the right access methods.
How Does Event Photo Sharing Work?
Within the Event Photos infrastructure, the process works as follows:
For each event, the system generates a QR code, link, and event code
Photos taken during the event are uploaded to the system
These access methods are shared with participants
Participants take a selfie via browser or mobile application and access their own photos
Thanks to this structure, photos are automatically matched to individuals without manual searching and are presented directly to the participants in a personalized way.
What Are the Photo Sharing Methods?
Event Photos offers two different sharing methods tailored to various use cases:
Browser-Based Access
Access via QR code or link
No app installation required
Provides access to photos for up to 3 weeks
Mobile Application Access
Login via QR code or event code
Notifications are sent when new matching photos are available
Provides access to photos for up to 1 year
In both methods, the user experience is the same. Whether participants access via browser or mobile app, they can reach their own photos by simply taking a selfie—without sharing any personal information.
Event Photos prioritizes user privacy.
Biometric data used during selfie-based matching is securely stored only for the purpose of photo matching and is automatically deleted 3 weeks after the event ends.
