User Agreement and Disclosure Text
Article 1. Definitions and Parties
1.1 Service Provider: Talya Software and Information Technology Joint Stock Company.
1.2 Site: The website managed by the Intermediary Service Provider and with the domain extension "www.theeventphotos.app"
1.3 User: The person who accesses and benefits from the services offered by Event Photos by accepting the User Agreement and uploading their photos.
1.4 Event Photos Customer/Service User: The person who uploads images taken at the event they own using Event Photos to the Site and makes them available to Users.
1.5 Agreement: This User Agreement will hereinafter be referred to as the "Agreement."
Article 2. Services
This agreement has been prepared to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the service, which allows the User to access photos taken at the event they attend through the website www.theeventphotos.app, using an artificial intelligence algorithm.
Article 3. User Rights and Responsibilities
3.1 By approving this Agreement, the User accepts the scope, limitations, and risks of the service offered by the Service Providers.
3.2 By logging in to the URL specifically created for the event and uploading their photo, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
3.3 If the User does not wish to accept the explicit consent regarding the processing of personal data, as defined in the provisions of this Agreement and the disclosure text, they must not upload their photo to the system and must exit the site.
3.4 The User must upload only the selfie taken at the time of uploading the photo to the photo upload area. The ability to upload photos from the gallery is not available. The User must only upload selfies using their own phone and must not take photos from secondary sources or directly from someone else to use the service.
3.5 The User declares that they may use the Site solely for personal purposes and may not allow others to use the services provided by their membership, whether commercial or not.
3.6 When the User accesses their own photos from photos taken in public spaces during the event they attended, they will also have access to the photos of other people in the same photo frame. The User may not use these photos maliciously or disclose them without the permission or approval of third parties.
Article 4. Rights and Responsibilities of the Service Provider
4.1 The Service Provider serves as an online platform where the services detailed above are provided by bringing together Users and Event Photos Customers.
4.2 The confidentiality of the User's personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and all data security is ensured by the Intermediary Service Provider.
4.3 The Service Provider will not share the photo uploaded by the User to anyone, including the relevant Event Photos Customer.
Article 5. Protection of Personal Data
5.1 The User's personal data may be processed in accordance with the purposes specified and limited to the scope and conditions specified in the explanations in the Information Text, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
5.2 The User acknowledges and declares that the Service Provider has fulfilled its disclosure obligations pursuant to Law No. 6698 and all relevant legislation by virtue of this Agreement.
Article 6. Applicable Law
For matters not covered by this Agreement, the relevant legislative provisions of Turkish Law shall apply.
Article 7. Validity
The User Agreement shall be valid and binding without the need for any additional agreement by the User. By approving this agreement, the parties have accepted the matters undertaken in the Agreement, and in case of non-compliance with the Agreement, necessary sanctions will be applied, without prejudice to the relevant provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.

Talya Software and Information Technology Joint Stock Company (Event Photos - https://www.theeventphotos.app/ ) we place the utmost importance on the security of our users' personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and storage of all personal data submitted to us in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and we act in accordance with our Personal Data Processing Policy.
1. Purposes of Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through the event organizer, who has a contractual relationship with us as the data controller, through the uploading of photos and the provision of your email address. You can select photos of yourself at the event you attended, and through the forms you fill out for communication purposes. Our company does not process your personal data in any way other than as specified above.
2. To Whom and For What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred?
Your collected personal data may be transferred, when necessary for the purposes specified above, to the cloud server where AI-assisted image processing is performed, to individuals and companies providing services to our company, and, if requested or required, to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Individuals uploading event photos to Event Photos have also signed a confidentiality agreement, ensuring that these individuals comply with data security.
3. Legal Reasons for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed to identify your photos from the event and fulfill your contact requests.
By uploading your photos for the purpose of providing you with photos from the event, you are deemed to have given your explicit consent to the processing purposes and reasons specified in the information document. If you do not wish to provide explicit consent and do not upload your photos, you should not use the Event Photos service.
4.Data Security
Our company protects your personal data against potential risks by fully complying with all reasonable technical and administrative security controls required in accordance with information security standards and procedures. All collected data is stored on servers with security measures in place, and access is granted only to those who are bound by a confidentiality obligation.
5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner
All of our users can reach us by sending an e-mail to info@theeventphotos.app which is also stated at https://www.theeventphotos.app/ or by calling +90 850 441 44 90. They have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, to request information regarding their personal data if they have been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are being used in accordance with their intended purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law, to object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person by analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation in the event that the user suffers damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
